That just means you're thinking for yourself and not parroting propaganda or publishing things you don't believe in a mistaken attempt to be 'balanced', like the dying legacy media.

Opinion is by its nature, a bias. In journalism, there is also bias, but it’s about recognizing the bias and addressing it.
